@andrewtaynton3402 The two state solution is based on colonialism. There should be a single state solution, with a Lebanon style government, with a right of return for Palestinians. Israel doesn't get their colonialist ethno-state, and Hamas doesn't get to toss anyone back into the sea.

Israel has hundreds of thousands of militants (reservists), valid military targets, using "human shields" by mingling with the civilians.

The Israeli people keep electing the people who make the policies. One of those policies, mandatory service, means that every single Israeli is, was, or will be, a militant. Another policy is that the relatives of Palestinian militants should also be punished, but don't seem to like it both ways. Another policy is to still attack militants, if they're using "human shields". Israel has hundreds of thousands of militants (reservists), valid military targets, using the population as "human shields". The hundreds of thousands of illegal settlers are also Israeli "civilians".

You know full well that if there was a domestic terrorist group, criminal gang, or whatever, they wouldn't just willy nilly blow up a f*cking block, full of civilians, to get them. Because they actually care about not killing their own civilians or, at least, care about the reaction of their own civilians. If you're intentionally dropping a bomb on civilians, you're intentionally killing civilians. And, again, Israel has hundreds of thousands of militants hiding amongst the populace, using them as "human shields".

@synchronium24 Israelis elected Menachem Begin, leader of the Irgun, who bombed the King David Hotel. The Irgun, and Lehi, also targeted Palestinian civilians, including children, even including Palestinian Jews (who opposed Zionism). Israel merged those terrorist groups into the new nation's military and intelligence agencies. Israelis, to this day, celebrate those terrorists as "heroes". They literally taught their neighbours that terrorism is a valid path to independence and statehood, and that terrorists are "heroes".

Move settlements out into native territory, piss off the natives, the natives react violently, cry that poor "innocent" settlers have been attacked by "Savages!", calling the cavalry to squash the native uprising, and expand the border to include the settlements.
