He also claims he didn't incite an insurrection, while also claiming he knew there would be trouble and that he was saying the national guard should be brought in before the event (which nobody else seems to recall, so maybe he was talking to himself). He also claims that his speech, that day, was perfect, but the insurrectionists came prepared, clearly showing they were already incited.
