I don't think you're getting just how stupid he is, David. I think he's going by how high the number is, and declaring "record breaking" because it's the highest number ever. I mean, I don't think moron grasps that almost every president has had "record breaking" high numbers, at the time of their presidency, since the stock market began. This is also a "record breaking" high year. No other year has been above 2019 AD, before this one.
