Not every insult is a fallacy. "Trump is a moron." <- Not a fallacy, and might even accurately describe him, based on all available evidence. "Trump is a moron, therefore he must be wrong." <- Ad hominem fallacy, because the conclusion doesn't follow. Like a broken clock, a moron can be right once in awhile.

@Frankie9553 Mistaking the "next day", after 9/11, for the next week, when Biden was actually there, and did what he said, is not even close to ... completely fabricating seeing Muslims dancing, or that you were at ground zero regularly helping to clear rubble, or that you put up people in need in one of your buildings ... all debunked ... never happened, at all.

@MyersTheShape1978 Biden forgets which week he went to ground zero. Trump totally fabricates seeing Muslims dancing, going down to help clear rubble often, and putting up needy people in one of his buildings. Not really samesies.

@KidFreshie The first was that he thinks David show sucks. It was itself an assertion, and wasn't a counter to anything. Just a straight up insult. I think he's wrong, but it's not a fallacy.
