  1. He also argued that Republicans could obstruct even more by going nuclear, and Democrats wouldn't be able to get anything done. And then argued that when Republicans are the majority, they'll be able to pass anything they want, as if Democrats couldn't possibly do the same thing to them. Either not having the filibuster allows you to pass things more easily, or it doesn't. He made zero sense.
