@Mickey Mouse Moron. The only reason the US still has to consider lockdowns is because they didn't test enough to get ahead of the virus. Countries, like S Korea, New Zealand, and Australia, who flattened their curves quickly, were testing at rates of 50+ people per confirmed case, while the US was testing 5 people per confirmed case. You can't get ahead of the spread at that slow a testing rate. Trump is incompetent.
