  1.  Juanito G  The underlying philosophy is to try and help repair the damage of centuries of racism, sexism, and bigotry ... and you think that's "vile"? Are you being serious? So, when Northern Ireland mandated having a 50-50 Catholic-Protestant police force, that was terribly "vile" and bigoted against Protestants? When Norway mandated that large public stock companies have at least 40% of each sex represented on their boards, that was terribly "vile" and sexist against men? Not sure how promoting proportional representation comes anywhere close to Nazi's promoting a superior race, sex, religion, etc., over others.

  2.  Juanito G  You moron. You've got things completely backwards. With almost any other crime, police accept the reported crime, and start investigating, as if a crime has happened. With rape, many police departments have been criticized for starting to question the victim, immediately. When has anyone said they were mugged, and have others start asking them if they're sure they didn't give the person the money, only to regret it later?
