  4.  @Fischer977  Most aid to Palestinians is controlled by non profits, who order the goods for them, from an approved list of goods by Israel, and which all come through Israel (only people are allowed to cross at Rafah normally). Then there is the money from Qatar, that is used to pay salaries, which Bibi has had full control over, having turned it off and on a number of times, and provided lists of people it's not allowed to go to.
