  15. Sugestion always have at least half a tank of fuel to prevent condensation freezing fuel lines. Also heavy sleeping bag and jumper cables. And few candles to keep warm.

Ive heard that japanese houses depreciate in value and by the time its paid off its worth very little? in Canada houses keep value and even apreciate if in desired neighbourhood,,my nephew bought tiny old house in North Vancouver for 40Gs way back then,today the land is worth million and half $$
