  4. Thats bc xian religion doesnt prevent crime if one can just confes and ask god for forgivenes for whatever evils they did,and all is cool.. In Japan respecting others and nature is taught from day one and honor,honesty, is the most important to everyone. Btw Jp police treat all suspects as guilty until proven inocent and can hold anyone for 21 days while investigating, No lawyer phone calls either,, And doing any crime will get you fired from job and ruin your life forever, one reason people are so polite and respectful imo
