latter part is important as some countries like Iraq simply dont take back their citizens. This allows "weaponization" of these migrants as once they stepped on country, they dont get expelled. This weapon is much less effective when returns are possible.

@lamebubblesflysohigh could start simply stopping UN and other abundant monetary aid to these same countries. We saw it worked with Orban.... economic means are way more powerful than brute force.
