@robertaylor9218 What's a socialist but a person who thinks workers magically owning companies they work in will solve every problem, instead of creating new problems like powerful sovereign syndicates of megacorps, and lack of new businesses being made because everything has to be shared by every single employee now. You want to own the company? You have to take the losses, and instead of a salary you share a profit percentage, you don't get paid regularly and 90% of the businesses fail so you mostly don't get paid unless you work for google etc. Also every new employee joining would reduce what you get because now they are a partner Also office politics is now MOST of your work, because politics determines how much you are paid and how high your rank would be in your syndicate. Enjoy. Yes that's how it would be.
