If they transition I will call them She, if not then no. I refuse made up pronouns too, the world doesn't revolve around enough to force everyone around you to change their language according to the whims of your fancy. I will not agree with underage people having life altering elective surgery especially in a period they are going through normal growing up hormonal imbalance. As for bathrooms, not sure, build a gender neutral cubby and use that. Otherwise we will have any man saying I'm T and entering a woman's bathroom
