  2. This is overhyped. World population is grinding to a standstill, China will half it's population in time and by next century will be on the decline everywhere. Europe and Japan will be in shambles with mostly old people. Korea barely has babies. India isn't growing, with fertility rate 2.1 which is perfect but will fall later on. Only africa will have a population explosion. The reduction of population is happening Because of wealth and education increase which needs energy, plastics, oil, steel, way more than solar. Rather focus on not driving ourselves to nuclear extinction which seems way more likely now. If you have to do anything for actual impacts, tell the corpos to change and do better R&D for profitable green tech. The consumer can do nothing. Just build nuclear plants, easy. Solar and wind ain't it. All this Reeeeeeeeeeeing for nothing. Besides environmental climate change can't be helped at all, what happens when earth hits another ice age or a volcanic eruption? Rather focus on low level terraforming tech. These rich privileged Swedes pretend poor don't exist and have no right to improve their lives.
