@JohnSmith-un9jm They could be whatever tech (but doesn't) if the leadership is full of idiots. They winning this force by brute force, not by smart officers and this is a shame, this is a crime. The losses, the blood of the Russian soldiers is on the hands of the incompetent officers in charge.
