Tim, thanks for your brief comment on disabilities. My son is autistic, was diagnosed young, and sat in the doctors office getting the diagnosis I turned to him with "if you ever use this as an excuse not to do something, I'll come down on you like a tonne of bricks. A diagnosis is a label, it helps you understand why things happen in your brain. Most people don't have that advantage. It's your job to take the knowledge and run with it... never use it as a shield." He's now 17, smashing his A-Levels, and wants to be an electrical engineer.
