  1. The higher in-store price was likely the sales person commission, which clearly doesn't need to be paid if you buy online. Because I know that particular outlet that you mention in the video pay their sales staff commission, if I want something from them, I tend to wait until near the end of the month, and then barefaced haggle with them. I start with "so what's the best price you can do this sale for?" - if they don't move from the ticket price, that's OK, but I likely know the price of the same item in other places already, too.
