  1. I've learnt a thing or 3 about the situation that gave rise to the deformation case, and I personally believe the findings in that case were incorrect. I've seen some of the video... and I agree that no-one is above the law. The correct action would have been to appeal the deformation case (and if overturned, hopefully remove the injunction). I think the recent arrests and questioning under Anti-Terrorism laws we not substantive, but I don't know the guy, so I don't know where he may have crossed a line. No matter what the legal aspects are, long term solitary isolation is not pleasant for anyone. 18 months, with a potential early release at 40% of tariff is still a shade over 7 months of potentially solitary confinement. That's a long time...
