  1. As you often say, each case turns on it's own merits. The example in this video (shifty person looking for cameras while stuffing their pockets) - clearly dishonest. Someone taking a sausage roll from the shelf, eating it and placing the wrapper in the trolley with the rest of their shopping - unlikely to be dishonest.
