Emotional people who may have internal conflict or ego issues, slip up more often and can be detected by those skilled in detecting motivations in others

  2. narcissists are great candidates but they may be less trainable. they ARE focused o self preservation but they are too dedicated to Self and may failout of a program like this. has to be someone who is self confident enough but not over the edge a deep study of human psychology is the most useful tool anyone could have to succeed at anything in life.
