Like all other markets the housing market is ruled by supply and demand and as always in the UK there is always more demand than supply. Therefore, if there is a fall it will be small and temporary in my oppinion.

Ireland is not actualy richer than the UK which is the 6th biggest economy on the planet while Ireland is ranked between 30- 40th in the latest 2023 rankings. In fact Ireland is also in recession and therefore not doing as well as claimed. That's also according to the former head of Irelands central Bank Patrick Honohan. Irelands GDP is inflated by the American multinational who set up their headquarters in Ireland to get cheaper tax rates. However, for Ireland and its population this has been more of a poison chalice.

Polands economy is currently 21st in the world while Britain is 5th so they have a long way to go to overtake it. Also though this video claims by 2035 Poland could overtake Britain at it's current growth rate. However, they need to maintain that unusual growerg rate and meanwhile Britain won't be standing still. Once we have clear water between us and the recession hit EU dictatorship we are predicted to overtake Germany by 2040. So will Poland become the richest country in Europe, I doubt it .

Since Brexit, the UK economy is the fastest growing economy in the G7 for the second year running. Also trade with the EU is now HIGHER, than at anytime during our membership. These are the official figures from the ONS, not just dreamed up by the EU propoganda dept and posted by economicshelp on just one of their many propoganda channels on YouTube.

The CSO reported that in 2023 Irelands GDP decreased significantly by an unexpected contraction of 15.7% in the multinationals sector which dominates Ireland's GDP figures. Also I wouldn't count on EU membership helping you out. The EU itself is in no position to help anyone. The EU is also in recesssion as are many of their leading economies including their former powerhouse economy of Germany. In Germany they are not 'bouncing back' as you naively claim, in fact they are unfortunately going deeper into a recession and their future is looking bleak. Meanwhile, Brexit Britain was predicted to overtake the German economy by 2040, but with Germany's current difficulties, it could now be even sooner. Since Brexit the UK has already overtaken the EUs 2nd largest economy, France.

It not true to say food shortages were not experienced on the Continent. They most certainly were, I even have a picture on my phone of a Parisians supermarket with a whole row of empty shelves.

These polls claiming Brits regret leaving the EU are nothing more than propaganda. Brits never wanted to join in the first place . After Brexit the UK economy was the fastest growing economy in the G7 for 2 years running untill the Covid lockdown. Now after the recent coup that removed democratically elected Boris Johnson from office and replaced him with the twice rejected Sunak and Hunt, this time without a membership election. Hunt then introduced a low growth budget penalising SME and crippling our economy, so its not Brexit that caused these problems, it's the imposed Chancellor Hunts budget. Also a recent book by Bob Lyddon called Debt Storm reveals a massive shock coming to EU member states when the massive ECB debt is revealed. The first signs of this are evident by the fraud investigations where many officials have been arrested, but that's just the start.

@catpar5004 Yes, that's true ! Indian is the worlds 5th richest economy but its population is 1.48 billion so divided per person , it's not so impressive and they certainly wouldn't be the worlds 5th richest per person.

The only problem with your analyst is that the UK hasn't really left the EU. The recent Windsor deal proves this, all Sunak did was capitulate to EU demands, thet have nothing. Also interestingly the recent coup that put twice rejected Sunak in charge looks very much like the coup in Ukraine in 2014 where a democraticlly elected but anti EU President was also replaced by a pro EU one, in that case it caused a war, hopefully that wont also be repeated in the UK, but who knows. As to food shortages in British supermarkets, the only place I see them is on YouTube, never in our Supermarket. Though I have seen empty shelves in France and heard thet are more common across the EU than here in the UK. EU food shortages will only increase if they successfully close down 3,000 Dutch farms, Holland is the world's 2nd largest food exporter and when it was pointed out that closing so many farms down could cause a famine and people would die, the EU replied it's a price that 'we' have to pay to save the planet !!!!! Though I doubt any of the unelected EU Commission will go without, so it wont be 'we' it will only be us !

Actually the UK doesn't lag behind in Artificial Intelligence as you claimed, in fact it's the worlds 3rd leading country in AI, behind only the US and China and ahead of the EU. Also though the UK was called the 'Sick man of Europe' in the 1970s so was Germany in the 2000s. And Germany could be heading that way again after the Government was forced to privatise UNIPER the German gas company that keeps their industry running. UNIPER shares have fallen 93% despite the government pumping €billions in. This has forced them to purchase the company outright for €18billion but ownership now opens them uo to UNIPER's €40billion liabilities.

Yet Brexit hasn't even been delivered fully, and the whole world is suffering at the moment. The reality is the UK had the fastest growing economy for 2 years in a row after Brexit. Also trade with the EU is far bigger than it ever was while we were members. Yet he also claims we dont have enough workers since we Brexit, really????????? The Government thought that there were 3million EU citizens living in the UK, but 6million applied to stay. Also this year has seen the highest rate of immigration for years, at over half a million, so how are we running out of workers when our population is actually exploding ? However, the UK economy will now perform badly since the recent WEF coup imposed Sunak and Hunt on us, and they have inflicted on us a low growth budget. Are you working together ????
