  1. The price of anything is created by demand and everyone needs somewhere to live. Our population continues to increase dramatically by mass uncontrolled immigration every year. Last year alone over 1.1 million people arrived here but we don't have enough houses and can't build them fast enough to kerp up with the demand. When demand outstrips supply, prices inevitably rise.
