  1. We have both the Lynx and the British Wildcat. However, that video looked like it was a normal house cat.

  2. It was spotted in Hampshire England , but it doesnt look like a British Wildcat, looks more like a domestic house cat.

  3.  @SeanRCope  According to Puma watch UK the Black Puma is the most widely spotted cat in Britain along with many others. They even have videos of the sightings.
