  1. This team is representing English woman's football, therefore it's bound to be 100% English, and the English happen to be white. Therefore, I would be far more worried if black people who only represent 6% of the population were over represented in a team that is supposed to represent the white English population. For despite mass immigration after WW2 the English continue to represent 85% of the population. Just as I would be surprised if the team representing Nigeria were white, where black people make up 99.9% of the population.
