  1. We all know the answer to this question. The Royal Navy should be doing exactly what it has done for centuries past, protecting us from invasion. Therefore, it's not because we can't, it's because our corrupt government doesn't want to. Rwanda is all smoke and mirrors to convince us they are desperately trying to stop it, but they are obviously not !
