What we need is s test case under the race discrimination and sexual equality acts, so why don't we crowd fund a like minded Lawyer to prosecute one of these organisations and once they are found guilty and paid a large fine, I'm sure other institutions would be far less inclined to practise such blatant racist policies. Who would like to donate ? I certainly would !
