Trial by Jury is part of our ancient Common Law rights. They have already been watered down and now we have a Muslim foreigner trying to destroy it completely. Why was she ever be appointed as Lord Chancellor in the first place, when her alligence is to Allah and Islamic Sharia law. She even took her oath on the Quran, not the bible so should never have been appointed into that position in the first place. Just as no Brit would be allowed to be in control of islamic law in Saudi Arabia. So why have we allow it here ???
