  1. Hiring on merit only as we used to do, ensures the best are employed in all positions. Any other criteria, such as skin colour, race of ethnicity not only denies the best these positions, it's also against the race relation and equality act. However, it seem these acts and laws are only for the indigenous, not for newcomers.
