@alunjones3860 Yes indeed, a very good point Alun. There are many very intelligent black people around and also many very nice black people, but unfortunately Abbott is neither.

@MrMegagoldenarms Differences in skin tones are down to where you live on the planet and is the way the body protects itself from sun damage. Recent DNA testing of ancient Egyption mummies revealed that they were descended from Indo Europeans not sub Saharan Africans. However, though DNA can show the ethnicity it cannot prove skin colour the recent Cheddar man reproduction dipicting a black skinned man was denounced by the leading expert, who later said that DNA is not capable of defining skin colour yet.

@MrMegagoldenarms The Egyptians painted their figures in different colours not to show skin colour but class, sex and whether they were gods.

@MrMegagoldenarms I never said anything if the sort. The current theory is all mankind evolved in Africa and some tribes left and moved out into the middle east, Europe and Asia where they settled. These people met Neanderthals and mates with them. So all the peoples of the world inherited Neanderthal dna except the people still in sub saharan Africa. This is not my theory, it's the current opinion of all leading scientists and historians. It's only you that is trying to make up a different story based not on science but your own prejudice.

This reminds me of Capernicus and the Catholic church, who tortured him into withdrawing his scientific conclusion that the the earth went around the sun, and not visa versa, as the church claimed. All this did was hold back the advancement of science, but eventually truth will rise up.

@Colonel_Blimp Galileo was an astronomer and physicist so very qualified to talk about the movement of the planets. It was the catholic church who lacked any knowledge on these subjects. Science has proved Galileo was correct and the Catholic church was wrong.

@Colonel_Blimp Galileo supported Copernican heliocentritism which the Catholic church desputed. So Gallileo was investigated by the inquisition in 1601 who concluded that it was foolish and absurd because it contradicted holy scriptures. Gallileo was then forced to recant and imprisoned for the rest of his life. However, he was right and the Catholic church was wrong, because science is bound by natural law, not man made theology.

@Colonel_Blimp Well the Catholic Churches chief censor Bartolomeo Spina the Magister of the Holy Palace censured Capernicus not long after the publication of his theories in 1543, however Spina died in 1546. The Church was tougher on Gallileo because he had upset the Pope, if this is what you are referring to, as something else going on?
