Polygamy is also against British law, yet the same people who practise forced child marriage also practise it. Are they prosecuted? No of course not, the other wives are just treated as one parent families and so recieve tax payer handouts. Many of these extra wives are also married to their 'husbands' which of course is also the criminal act of Bigamy, but again they are not prosecuted. That's because they are married in Sharia courts which have sprung up across Britain in recent years. Weak British Governments have allowed foreign cultures to take root and flourish in our country, complete with their own laws, courts and customs.

@F A Yes because in Islam you can have as many wives as you like ........ if you are rich and can afford them. However, they are living here in Britain where it's supposed to be illegal. So why arent they charged and why are British tax payers forced to finance their illegal lifestyle ? It's a society within a society, yet tolerated and financed by the host society. Whereas, It should be one society with just One Law for All !
