Enoch Powell was a polyglot and an intellectual. He could speak ancient Greek fluently by the age of 5 and became the youngest Proffessor of Greek at age 21. When war broke out, he was called up as a private soldier, but was so outstanding that he rapidly became an officer and ended up as the youngest Brigadier in the British Army. By the time he died he could speak numerous foreign languages and he was definitely the greatest Priminister we never had, a real prophet for his people. There is no one in politics today fit to shine his shoes. Enoch Powell was a truly great Englishman 🌹 RIP 🇬🇧

@jjr1728 Yes Jennifer, and it's even rarer today in Parliament. Labour party MPs even scoff at those who have had a better education, as though its preferable to be uneducated and ignorant.

@13strange67 I don't think Enoch Powell considered himself Welsh, he was after all born in Birmingham to two English born parents, though his father was of Welsh decent. Therefore, just like most of us British people, we are all connected in one large British family.

Ron P Enoch Powell was not a Nationalist he was a British Patriot who had spent the war years fighting the German Nationalist. Also both these groups were Fascists and fascist are from the Left, not the right.
