  1. I disagree with the 40year old book that you quoted from that claims 'institutional racism is hard to prove' . In fact here in 2023 it is very easy to prove. Especially when institutions like the BBC themselves place adverts for jobs which state only ethnic minorities need apply and any Indigenous white British people are banned. Now that is obviously institutional racism and they are not the only culprits. It is now shamefully widely spread throughout British institutions.
