  1. Simon has been accused of racism by some, for questioning why so many people of diverse backgrounds are in top Government positions. Yet the odds against them being selected by mere chance are so high that's its very unlikely that this occured naturaly. Therefore, it's not Simon who is discriminating people by their skin colour, it's the people responsible for selecting and appointing them.
