  1. If our Head of State is not wanted by the people he would be removed by the people, just as his ancestor Charles I was. The British Parliamentary system is not a Presidency, we elect parties not leaders, the party that we chose forms the Government and the MP they chose becomes first, or Prime minister. I also thought that PR might be better than FPTP, untill I saw the shambles of May's toothless government. The HofL is only a debating chamber, it has no power. If you want to see a really antidemocratic shambles in operation, look no further than the EU dictatorship.
