Have you actually watched the whole 50 minute video ? If you had , you would know that Zalensky had previously agreed to this deal and was there to sign it, hence the cameras to record it. Unfortunately it soon became clear that he had no intention to sign it as he was talking about American, money and arms supplies, not ending the war, which Trump was proposing.
