  1. Yes, exactly the same as the Labour, Lib Dems and Conservatives are also registered companies. So why no criticism of them, only Reform ?

  3. @frogandspanner  In fact 'Unincorporated Associations' are the actual odd entities because amongst other things they cannot be sued. Whereas Reform, as a Company Ltd by guarantee, can. Also Reform does in fact have a Constitution it was passed by members at their last annual Conference and signed live on stage by Nigel Farage. Also the fact that Reform are a Ltd Company has caused people to again shine a light into the dark goings on in Unincorporated associations. In fact a report by the Scottish Law Commision in 2009 recommended that they should be made into legal entities however nothing has been done, I wonder why ! 😁
