  1. Yes , I've been saying this for some time. Our Government has the ability to over rule any judgement from any foreign court, all they lack is the will to do it .

  2. @nickbarton3191  Why ? It never bothers the EU, their own court has decreed that they don't have to follow international law.

  4. @nickbarton3191  The UK is the 6th biggest economy on the planet and they still weild a lot of global influence, so they could do it, in fact it's the duty of any country to put it's people first.
