  1. @Cherrytune386 It was a very hostile takeover by Kraft with massive debts to finance it. They never 'handed it over'. Cadbury's fought hard for their survival and Kraft made many promises to the British Government to allow it to go through. But once they had it, they reneged on all their promises.

  2. If you want real Cadbury's chocolate why not buy ethically made chocolate by James Cadbury. Who now has to trade under the Love Cocoa brand after the Americans hostile takeover of his great fathers company.
