Great ! Only another half a million more managers need to go before the NHS will be able to afford more actual medical staff.

@ScruffyTubbles I wont accept that the NHS is finished, just as I wont accept that my country is finished. However, the NHS needs to be completely re-organised , we need to stop treating the world. We need to get rid of all the managers and spend that money on training and employing medical staff instead. It's not rocket science it's just plain commonsense. Then we will maintain a decent NHS we can pass on to the next generation, just as it was passed on to us.
