  1. Conservative party members do not influence policy. Members voted for Boris, he was removed, they voted for Truss, she was removed. Three times they voted against Sunak, so he was put into offices by ignoring there votes. Badenoch was then elected on a slim majority of only 73% of voters, by this time many had just given up voting. The fact that the CON- servatives constantly ignore their voters is the very reason so many have abandoned them and gone to Reform.
