  1. I hope he has a better response to his book than Professor Bruce Gilley did to his article, The case for Colonialism, and his book, The last Imperialist. The article recieved credible death threats and the board of the magazine were forced to resign by the intolerant, brain dead wokery. I have both his article and the book and look forward to reading this one too.
