  1. I had a new 1978 Dodge Aspen for ten years. It didn’t burn one drop of oil in between oil changes. Original engine with a 3,000 mile changes.

  10. Most cars require frequent oil changes because they are not driving under the normal conditions. That’s driving only on the freeway. Most cars drive under the severe conditions of stop and go.
