  7.  @worthythaneofross3925  I don't doubt those cases support what you are stating it could be that those that hoped those cases get the ruling they got are also guilty of a RICO act charge . We have a constitiotionand many other rulings in our favor, I have read more than one judges ruling that stated how things done under the color of law are null and void!

  9.  @nameless-og  about 40 years ago in Munice, In. A police man went to a teachers house on a barking dog call. The teacher let the cop into his home but at some time ask if they were done ( I think the teacher was on the phone 911?) the cop said they were done and went out of the home but barged back in and the teacher shot him dead! He spent a long time in court but won. Now days the public ( if jury ) and the justice system find no wrong with cops behavior ( licence to kill - what if they are a secret mob member?) Seems if you question a cops absolute authority over you - your interfering with law enforcement!
