  1. In Indiana a company was getting reduced tax based upon a promised number of jobs. There is a form called SB1, it's statement of benefit. The form showed how many people are gainfully employed. The company had not supplied the number of jobs promised, yet they were back at a City Council meeting threatening to close up and move, they got everything they ask for with no objections!
