  2.  @phofire77  it came to me a few years back - immunity is ripe for abuse. The defense does not get such goodies to hand out to those helping defend! And after the J.E. /G.Maxwell stuff it's easy to see many other avenues for abuse! Add to that how the PROMIS software may have been used!!!!
