  2. At my bank is a picture of some drivers taken about late 1800's - they are using sticks to drive cattle through the downtown streets. This is commence and as such could be required to have a license. People should have been left free to travle. Some states didnt require driver / operater license till the 50's! Several started as for those transporting OTHERS! Very serious erosion of our rights! I know sovereign citizans get treated as fools, but facts are facts - we are fools!
