  10.  @draugur345  your listing the way it's supposed to be, it's different in real life. There is a reason there is a saying "a jury can ( be brought to) convict a ham sandwich". Judges often instruct juries in deceptive ways, such as telling them they are not allowed to have jury nullifications.
