So many following you and so many videos are made about the need for housing affordability, tells me the demand (in the sideline) is very high...aka shadow demand

@realestatemindset all I'm saying is there is a huge "unhinged" demand. There's no reputable data about sideline demands, so you can't prove there was ever not in history and vice versa. But it sure does feel that's very high these days
