@patriotsakaalsalazar4111 wouldn't that be the case for someone who wants to sell their house? Why would anyone sell their home sitting at 2-3% APR? Unless there is a major recession and unemployment, I doubt a crash worse than 2008 will happen

@fosiko123 This so called crash ain't gonna be like 2008. If you have long term plan, you'll be fine. Esp. if you have job security. That said, I'm also ok with waiting to see how 2023-2024 market fairs. If it doesn't change, for sure a significant crash ain't coming.

@GrouchyMonk2025 I work in electrical utility. This doesn't sound correct, you should check with your electrical provider and make sure your meter is set to net metering.

@losfromla1480 I'm not a realtor and I'm directly from SoCal. Im more in the boots in ground than REM will ever be in SoCal. I'm a buyer and been in this market since pre-pandemic. Sounds like you just got on it. If you're not from here than you need to focus on your local market. These new builts are in areas that aren't necessarily desirable, even REM says this. And they're all sold already.
