@realestatemindset I think affordability (staying within 20-35% of your mortgage to income ratio) is not inclusive to "overpriced" properties. You should really differientate those two things better, don't you think?

@Mita7401 exactly the same problem that Biden had to face. Both candidates are terrible. The govt has more incentives in consumer goods CPI than the real estate. The govt supports the elites not your 30-50 year old first time home buyers

@tobyk5149 not trolling but am I lying though? If I can afford a house withib my 20-30% mortgage to income ratio even if prices went up $100K from last year and it all makes sense for my family why not? Ask Travis, he submitted an offer last year and I wouldnt be surprised if he does it again this year. Like I said, affordability isn't yall problems, it's wishing the prices are pre-pandemic prices. Not gonna happen, even Travis knows that!
